I'm Alex, and I founded Future Mindset because I have a passion to invest in
people and their future. I am also passionate in levelling the playing field in STEM, so talent like you and I can shine in the job market, and together we can build the world that is inclusive, intelligent, rewards diversity in people and diversity of thought. Together we can build a rewarding future and everyone who works hard at it can land their ideal role.
It is no surprise that I’ve bumped into challenges in workplace privilege, big boy clubs, and a job market that puts women and those from diverse backgrounds at a disadvantage. After reading over 4,000 resumes as a hiring manager, conducted countless interviews with other senior
leaders, applying for and coaching others to
score their ideal role, I know now the system is unfair and we are far from equality. I can show you how to be the best version of yourself and have a coherent and rewarding career.
Alex has deliberately placed himself in teams and projects in the fields of Engineering, Mechatronics, Technology, Project Management, Digital Teams, Finance, and Portfolio Management so we can one day implement the infrastructure of the future.
