I'm the head coach and founder of Future Mindset.
As a people leader, I have a passion to invest in people and their future. I am also passionate in levelling the playing field in STEM, so talent like you and I can shine in the job market, and together we can build the world that is inclusive, intelligent, rewards diversity in people and diversity of thought. Together we can build a rewarding future and everyone who works hard at it can land their ideal role.
Alex has deliberately placed himself in teams and projects in the fields of Engineering, Mechatronics, Technology, Project Management, Digital Teams, Finance, and Portfolio Management so we can one day implement the infrastructure of the future.

FAQ
What if you don't have a coach that is in my industry?
While we try to match you with a coach from the same industry that you're trying to succeed in, this is not always required, as many professions (especially more senior roles) have many transferable skills and pathways. Sometimes we also can have guest coaches in our network willing to coach individuals if you come from a less common industry or one that is not on the above list.
What if you don't have a coach in my profession?
Often if you work in an industry you will develop insight and experience working with those in other professions, so a coach in a different profession can still greatly assist you in your pursuit. As coaches often develop over multiple roles themselves, they'll often have overlap with your profession. Moreover, it can offer different perspectives and insight that is more all rounded.
How will the coaching be delivered? Will I need to travel?
Our coaching is primarily delivered online in 1:1 coaching format. There are also classes, events and in-person experiences that can occasionally be available. Our coaches are based in many different cities across Australia and even other countries, and sometimes may have the ability to meet you in-person.
What will be the fees for one-time consultation?
Choose from one of our packages designed to give you growth at the pace you want. We do not provide a one-off coaching service, rather, we believe in sustainable growth that truly takes you to new levels in your career, and this takes time, paired with a coach over a period of time.
