How long does the coaching process take?

The career coaching program is designed to meet your objective by your desired timeframe, although it is common for these to be 2 weeks or 1 month depending on the bandwidth and spare time you have to work on your objectives. For example, we have clients that want to achieve a goal of landing an entry level role in a new sector within 3 months, or some have a goal to promote into a leadership role within 9 months and we will recommend a frequency accordingly to meet these goals.

What If I Only Want Coaching In One Or Two Specific Topics And Not Need The Whole Package?

The Future Mindset philosophy is focused on growth in your skills and mindset that is much more powerful than a short course or one of Q&A session. Therefore, we do not offer stand alone services like "CV editing and cover letter review" as a one off for example. Through our social media and our free newsletter, you will get tips on specific topics all the time, so we welcome you to subscribe to our newsletter as an alternative.

Can I change through coaching?

A great coach will accelerate your learning and growth through providing you the right amount of wisdom and learning at the right time, often passing on insight that takes hundreds of hours in practice to learn. While you will experience a personal change, we believe the new and beneficial qualities that you main gain in coaching were in you all along - we are simply unlocking your potential by challenging you and guiding you.

How often do we meet? Where do we meet?

Our team of high quality coaches come from different industries, professions and cities. Our home base is Brisbane, Australia - but we have coaches all around Australia and New Zealand ready to assist you in your pursuits. There are options for in-person 1:1 coaching sessions, however the majority of our sessions are done online via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Whatsapp or Wechat.

You Have A Team Of Coaches, Who Will I Get And Can I Choose?

When you join our program, you have access to all of our coaches. We make recommendations and try to match you up with a coach or multiple coaches based on a match for your background and objectives. Of course, true to our philosophy, by having multiple sessions with the same coach will amplify your growth journey and create better continuity with your journey.
